What's New?
5/3/04 - Yeah....so it's definitely been a while since I've written on here. Sorry for the delay, but I've been out traveling around the baltic. I just attempted to put up pictures from my Spring Break trip, but the computer just froze and my hour or so worth of work was not saved. Needless to say, I'm not going to get that up and done anytime today. I actually have a lot of things that I need to do in the next week, so I am unsure as to when I'll be able to get the pictures up and make the rest of the changes. Sorry for the inconvenience being that I know many of you were looking forward to seeing these changes. I may not get them up for a week or so, so we'll see. My trip through the baltic and Russia was amazing. Definitely an eye opening experience. There's way too much to tell about it, so I'll probably just have to tell you about it in person and show you my actual pictures rather than on here. I'll see what I can do. Anyways, time to get some more homework done for the week and then go work out. Only two more days of class before taking off for Bergen on thursday! Cya
4/19/04 - I know I know, I haven't done anything to this site in a long long time....I've been off on Spring break, then had to do a lot of hw before our next trip, which starts tomorrow and goes for 13 days, and my parents came to visit this weekend, so that left me with hardly any time to update. I have tons of pictures from London and Italy to throw on, and will soon have a ton more from all over the Baltic, so it will be worth the wait. Everything is still going great over here, other than the fact that I've hardly had time to settle down after traveling so much. We head for home exactly a month from today, which I can't believe. Time has flown by, but I'm definitely ready to get back. Anyways, I promise to update as soon as I return from this trip. Hope you all are doing great back in the states. Take care.
4/4/04 - Well, I'm taking off on my Spring Break trip here in an hr or so. I'll be heading to London and Rome, so hopefully I'll find plenty to do in each place. Hope you all have a good week back in the States. cya!
4/1/04 -Spring Break has finally arived. After a wonderful two days of classes....if you can call it that....we're now on break till Monday May 12th. Our two days of classes this week involved Dave, Adrian, and I going to some lady's house and putting together an entire apartment's worth of furniture. It took us roughly 7 hrs and totalled 19 different pieces, but it was a great time and the lady loved us for helping. Today we just had a Norwegian class and then a short art class and yeah, that's pretty much it. Can't beat that! For the next couple days I'll be getting a bunch of homework finished so I don't have to worry baout it when I come back from break. Adrian, Greta, and I will be taking off to London this weekend and then heading down to Rome and Milan, Italy for a while before coming back through Germany and finally back here late on Sunday night. I can't wait to get out and see everything. Anyways, hope you all are having fun with work and school. Also, congradulations to Brian Clark and Sarah Russe for getting engaged and also an early congradulations to my cousin Matt and his fiance Jessica on their wedding this weekend. Wish I could be there. So yeah, take care and get ready for a lot more pictures when I get back.
3/30/04 - Alright, I'm sorry again for not posting in the past week, but I've been out of town without computer access, which makes it tough to get on here and keep you all updated. I just got back from spending the past 6 days in Oslo, Norway and Copenhagen, Denmark. It was a great time, besides the 20 some hrs spent on a train and the countless miles I've walked during the whole time, but all in all, it was a blast. We visited a couple museusms for our art class, a synagogue and mosque for our religion class, went on a tour of the Storting, which is the Norwegian equivelant to our Congress Building, and walked around all over the place. We spent hours walking along the harbors and going to wherever else we could find. Frognor park, which included a ton of sculptures, was a definite highlight as well as going to a Burger King for a Whopper Meal......it was VERY worth it!! So, yeah, it was a very good time and make sure you check out all of the pictures from it on my other website and the highlights page on this one. Take it easy.
